What are the schedules? / Do you have part-time shifts?
We have several schedules, all of them are full-time and in the morning. We currently do not offer part-time shifts.

How long does it take to get an answer to my job application submission?
24 to 48 hours (not counting weekends). If you don’t get a call or message from us during that period, don’t wait and contact us again or stop by any of our locations.

Can I stop by your office without an appointment?
Yes, you stop by our offices without an appointment and get interviewed. Walk-ins are always welcome.

What does the job consist of?
We support several contact center processes for our clients, including Debt Collection, Customer Service, Order Processing and Sales. You will join an experienced team of high-performance call center agents that accomplish tasks achieve goals every day.

What are the office hours?
Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM

Do you hire Americans?
Yes, we do hire Americans. You must obtain a permit to work in Mexico called FM3. You can get this permit at Instituto Nacional de Migración (INM). When you get this permit, you can have a social security number, CURP, etc., which you will need to work with us.
