We pay $3,000 pesos take-home weekly salary

We have two locations in Tijuana and one in Mexico City:

What are the requirements to work at CCSI?
- Proficient English
- Basic computer skills
- 18+ years old
What documents do I need to work at CCSI?
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Number (IMSS)
- Official Government-Issued Photo ID
- Proof of address
- Education level documents or proof
- Government-issued letter of clean criminal record
What are the schedules? / Do you have part-time shifts?
We have several schedules, all of them are full-time and in the morning. We currently do not offer part-time shifts.
How long does it take to get an answer to my job application submission?
24 to 48 hours (not counting weekends). If you don’t get a call or message from us during that period, don’t wait and contact us again or stop by any of our locations.

Can I stop by your office without an appointment?
Yes, you stop by our offices without an appointment and get interviewed. Walk-ins are always welcome.
Do you accept re-hires?
Yes, we do. Please send us your full name and phone number to see if your re-entry to the CCSI team is authorized
What does the job consist of?
We support several contact center processes for our clients, including Debt Collection, Customer Service, Order Processing and Sales. You will join an experienced team of high-performance call center agents that accomplish tasks achieve goals every day.
What are the office hours?
Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM
Do you hire Americans?
Yes, we do hire Americans. You must obtain a permit to work in Mexico called FM3. You can get this permit at Instituto Nacional de Migración (INM). When you get this permit, you can have a social security number, CURP, etc., which you will need to work with us.
