Call Center Services International (“CCSI”) operates in both Mexico and the United States. While certain employment opportunities may be located in the United States (including Utah), the recruitment and selection process is conducted and managed from Mexico.
This Notice explains how we collect, process, transfer, and safeguard personal information of U.S.-based applicants.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect:
Full name
Phone number
Email address
City and work availability
English proficiency
Employment history and resume
Professional qualifications
If an offer is extended, we may collect:
Government-issued identification
Social Security Number (for payroll and tax compliance)
Work authorization documentation (Form I-9 verification)
Background screening information (with written authorization)
2. Purpose of Processing
Personal information is collected for legitimate business purposes, including:
Evaluating qualifications
Scheduling interviews
Conducting recruitment assessments
Verifying provided information
Complying with labor and employment laws
3. International Data Transfer
By applying for a position, you acknowledge and consent that your personal information may be transferred to and processed in Mexico, where CCSI’s recruitment operations are located.
Mexican data protection laws may differ from those in the United States; however, CCSI implements reasonable safeguards to protect applicant information.

Recruitment and HR service providers
Background screening providers
Government authorities when legally required
CCSI does not sell applicant personal information.
7. Retention
Applicant data will be retained for up to two (2) years from the last interaction unless a deletion request is submitted or a longer retention period is required by law.
8. Rights of Utah Residents

Correction of inaccurate data
Deletion of personal data
