CCSI Referral Bonus

What is the referral bonus?

CCSI's Referral Bonus is a recruitment strategy designed to generate leads with the help of current CCSI employees. These leads go through our selection process, and if they are hired, there is a reward for the successful referral.

CCSI's recruitment process includes multiple lead sources and follows a call-out and appointment-setting system. This means:

  • Your referral will enter our candidate pool along with others from job boards, social media, Freelancer Recruiters and walk-ins.

  • Our recruitment team will reach out to each candidate and schedule an interview, just as we do with all applicants.

  • Referrals must go through the entire recruitment process, including interviews and evaluations.

  • Submitting a referral does not guarantee a hire/bonus payout.

  • Duplicate referrals (same candidate referred by multiple employees or sources within 15 days) will be honored based on the earliest documented referral.

  • If a candidate is already in our database from a different source within 15 days, the referral will not be eligible for a bonus.

How does it works?

As a CCSI employee you can submit candidates for all of our 3 locations Baja, CDMX and Guadalajara, referral reward is not the same at all cities.

  • Referral bonus in TJ: $7,000 MXN. Rehires apply.

  • Referral bonus in CDMX: $4,500 MXN. Rehires does not apply.

  • Referral bonus in Guadalajara: $2,500 MXN. Rehires does not apply.

    • All previous amounts are after taxes.

    • The referral will be paid the week after your candidate’s first day in operations via debit card in addition to your paycheck, usually on Friday.

To ensure your referral is properly tracked and eligible for the referral bonus, all submissions must be made through our official intranet platform, GOCCSI.

This allows us to register your referral accurately and assign it to the recruitment pipeline.

⚠️ Important:
Sharing a name or contact information in our support chat, CCSI social media, or direct message to a recruiter or team member does not count as an official referral submission. These messages are not tracked, and we cannot guarantee your referral will be linked to you or considered for the bonus.

Using GOCCSI ensures that:

  • Your referral is officially registered and time-stamped.

  • We can properly track the candidate’s status through the hiring process.

  • You receive credit for your referral if they are hired and meet eligibility requirements.

Referrals need to have the following data to qualify:

  • Full name

  • Email

  • Phone Number

Only active CCSI employees are eligible to participate in our referral program.

You must be an active employee to receive your bonus.

If you resign or leave the company before your referral bonus is paid, you may forfeit your bonus.

This bonus only applies within operation positions; administrative positions do not qualify. (Unless we advertised it

Once you submit a person as a referral, they will remain referred by you for 15 days. If that person is not hired within those 15 days, they can be referred by another person or source.

Referral Program FAQs

  • All active employees from BAJA, CDMX or Guadalajara are eligible to participate in our referral program, except for recruiters, supervisors, managers, team leads, human resources or any staff if they hold decision-making authority over hiring process.

    • Candidates referred to CCSI must at least fulfill the following requirements.

      • Be fluent in Spanish and English, spoken and written.

      • Basic computer skills.

      • Availability to work on site.

      • Document

    • Acta de Nacimiento

    • INE

    • CURP

    • RFC

    • NSS

    • Comprobante de Domicilio

    • Carta de no antecedentes penales

  • Currently, we do not have part-time positions or work-from-home opportunities available. While we appreciate the flexibility these options provide, it is unlikely that we will adopt them in the foreseeable future.

  • Referral bonus is paid 1 week after your candidate’s first day CCSI via debit card in addition to your paycheck, usually on Friday. (You can also count 2 fridays after your candidates first day in CCSI)

We reserve the right to change these policies within a 24-hour period if they become inefficient. This policy provides general guidelines and should be used as a reference. It may not consider all relevant local, state, or federal laws and is not a legal document. The author will not assume any legal liability that may arise from the use of this policy.
