CCSI Referral Bonus
The CCSI Referral Bonus Program is a recruitment initiative that encourages current employees to recommend potential candidates for open positions. When a referred candidate successfully completes the selection process, is officially hired, and starts working as an active employee at CCSI, the referring employee becomes eligible for a bonus.
Our recruitment process includes multiple lead sources and operates through a call-out and appointment-setting system. This means:
Your referral will be added to our candidate pool alongside applicants from job boards, social media, Freelancer Recruiters, and walk-ins.
Our recruitment team will contact each candidate and schedule interviews. Referrals follow the same process as any other applicant.
All referrals must complete the full recruitment process, including interviews, assessments, and documentation.
Submitting a referral does not guarantee employment or a referral bonus.
In the case of duplicate referrals (when the same candidate is referred by multiple sources or employees within 15 days), the bonus will go to the first documented referral.
If the candidate was already in our system from another source 15 days prior to your referral, the bonus will not apply.

📅 Referral Bonus Update – Effective August 18th
As of August 18th , 2025, this is the updated structure for our CCSI Referral Bonus across all locations:
Referral bonus in Baja: $5,000 MXN. Rehires apply.
Referral bonus in CDMX: $5,000 MXN. Rehires apply.
Referral bonus in Guadalajara: $5,000 MXN. Rehires apply.
All previous amounts are before taxes.
You may refer candidates for any of our three locations, regardless of the city where you currently work.
Referrals are eligible for a bonus only if they show up on their first day at CCSI with complete documentation and are officially registered in our payroll system.
The referral bonus is paid one week after this date via debit card, in addition to your paycheck—usually on a Friday.
To ensure your referral is properly tracked and eligible for the referral bonus, all submissions must be made through our official intranet platform, GOCCSI.
This allows us to register your referral accurately and assign it to the recruitment pipeline.
⚠️ Important:
Sharing a name or contact information in our support chat, CCSI social media, or direct message to a recruiter or team member does not count as an official referral submission. These messages are not tracked, and we cannot guarantee your referral will be linked to you or considered for the bonus.
Using GOCCSI ensures that:
Your referral is officially registered and time stamped.
We can properly track the candidate’s status through the hiring process.
You receive credit for your referral if they are hired and meet eligibility requirements.
